MY APPROACH
Choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision. You’re hiring someone to follow you around with a camera all day — it helps if they’re good at it and not annoying. From the first chat to your final gallery, I keep things relaxed and no-nonsense. I’ll step in when you need direction, disappear when you don’t, and make sure nothing feels stiff, staged or painfully awkward. I don’t do cheesy poses. You won’t be dipping, dramatically forehead-touching, or staring off into the distance like you’re in a perfume ad. We’ll use good light, good timing, and a bit of common sense. You don’t need to know how to “pose.” You just need to show up. I’ll handle the rest. You’ll feel comfortable, your guests will like me, and your grandma will probably tell you the next day, “he was a lovely lad wasn’t he?”
I’m an avid people watcher (not in a creepy way) and my experience has taught me that blending into my surroundings is the best way to be present and capture truly authentic moments. That doesn't mean I turn up in full camo gear, but I travel light. It's just me and my small mirrorless camera which allows me to blend seamlessly into your big day
